To continue the conversation on the benefits and availbility of process integration packs for Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, I am going to link to an article in eWeek here that gives some good information.

The PIPs are out-of-the-box pre-built integrations that include data mappings and business process flows between P6 and EBS or P6 and JDE so that you can get up-and-running on day 1 with a complete picture of your projects. By integration P6 with ERP, you can connect project execution and delivery to your financials, accounting, cost codes, etc.
