Parallax Barrier Displays — I’m not sure what it means, but it sounds cool and futuristic. Electronics maker Sharp has been working on them in 3.4-inch, 480×854 displays, to be exact. They allow 3D images to be viewed without glasses, thanks to a special series of vertical slits that can go into ordinary LCDs. (more…)
