CedarCrestone Releases their 13th Annual HR Systems Report
This past Wednesday at HR Technology Conference in Chicago, Lexy Martin, Director of Research and Analytics at CedarCrestone, unveiled the 13th version of her annual survey on HR technology and trends. I’m sure Bill Kutik, who has dubbed her the “queen of HR surveys” in the past, was not disappointed, nor was the audience. This year Lexy added a new element to the survey – workforce optimization, and dug deeper in areas like social/collaborative technologies, deployment models, and global organizational trends.
Some key findings in the report include:
- Organizations with higher automation have higher net income growth
- ERP-based talent management again is linked to the highest financial performance
- Workforce optimization technologies and underlying practices are the new leading practice
