Best-of-three sailing race on course for mid-day start in Valencia, Spain

BMW ORACLE Racing is facing the Defender Alinghi in what could be a big Wednesday opening showdown. Strong winds today kept BMW ORACLE Racing from making a final pre-race sail. But, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the good winds continue as some say Oracle’s boat does well in these conditions…and, of course, makes for an exciting race. We wish skipper Jimmy Spithill and his crew safe and fast days on the water.
